Expion360 Dealer Shipping Policy

Expion360 is committed to providing reliable and cost-effective shipping solutions for our B2B customers. Please review our shipping policy to understand our shipping methods, fees, and return procedures.

Incoterms: FCA - Redmond, OR
All orders are shipped Free Carrier (FCA) Redmond, OR, meaning the buyer assumes responsibility for shipping costs and risk once the shipment leaves our facility.

Free Shipping for Non-Victron Branded Products

Expion360 offers free shipping with our dealer customers for all non-Victron branded products within the contiguous lower 48 states of the United States.
Shipping within the Lower 48 States
  • Single Battery Orders: Shipped via FedEx Ground.
  • Larger Orders (EX1, EX2, and Bulk Shipments): Must be shipped via freight on a pallet through a nationally recognized freight carrier.
  • Lift Gate Service: Available only upon request.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, & Canada
  • Free shipping does not apply.
  • Shipping rates vary by destination and order size.
  • Contact your sales representative for a shipping quote before placing an order.

Victron Energy Shipping Policies

Effective October 1, 2024, the following flat rate shipping fees apply to US customers only.
Shipments outside the US are not permitted.

Victron Energy Drop Ship Policy
For all drop shipments, please note:
  • If a delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt or is refused, we will not redeliver.
  • The shipment will be recalled to the warehouse, and the account will be charged for:
    • Return shipping fees
    • 15% restocking fee
  • To avoid issues, confirm with the recipient that they will be available to receive the shipment and provide tracking information once available from our orders team.
Drop Shipping Restrictions
We do not allow drop shipping to the following locations:
  • ❌ Residential addresses
  • ❌ Amazon warehouses
  • ❌ Ship centers (e.g., UPS Store)
  • ❌ Distribution centers
  • ❌ Hotels
  • ❌ PO Boxes
  • ❌ Marinas
  • ❌ Campgrounds
  • ❌ Storage units
Victron Energy RMA Drop Ship Policy
If you need to drop ship a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), the following flat rate fees apply:

⚠️ Important:
  • RMA drop shipments must be requested at the time of RMA submission.
  • Changes cannot be made after the RMA has been processed.

Expion360 Returns & Refund Policy

Standard Return Policy
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns older than 30 days from the original order date will not be accepted.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a return.
  • A 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, please take the following steps:
  1. Contact Expion360 immediately via our website or reach out to your sales representative.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the damage.
  3. Expion360 will review each case individually and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
